How can I join elite Tutoring Institute?

Joining elite is as easy as 1, 2, 3!

Step 1: Head to our fee pricing page to browse our plans and purchase the most suitable lesson for your requirements.

Step 2: Ensure that you register with the institute as a new student so that you can be seemlessly included on our student roll. Simply complete the registration form on our 'Get started page', our registration form can also be found at the bottom of our 'About Us' page.

Step 3: When contacted by our admissions team be sure to attend your arranged needs assessment meeting to get the approval to start studying!

I'm looking for face-to-face lessons. Do you have this tutoring option available?

At the elite institute, we generally do not offer face-to-face tutoring. The institute mainly provides tutoring services online. However, from time to time we do offer short face-to-face English workshops in a classroom setting. These usually take place during the summer. We understand the value of in-person learning. However, offering one-on-one lessons in a classroom setting on a daily schedule would result in higher fees for our home and international students. Our real-person tutors are carefully selected from a talent pool from around the globe to ensure top-quality live instruction for all of our students. We're particularly dedicated to creating opportunities to students living in some of the world's most rural areas of low-middle income countries.

Where is your physical campus located?

We understand that students would like to experience tutoring on a physical campus. However, we do not have a physical campus for students to be hosted or tutored as it does not fit with our business model of keeping things simple, optimizing efficiency while providing top-quality tuition. Our physical location simply hosts our headquarters where support staff assist with the smooth day-to-day operation of our admissions, administration, complaints, finance, and extenuating circumstance departments. We prioritize efficiency in running our tutoring institute to provide the best possible support for our students.

How long do I have to cancel a lesson pack and get a full refund after I subscribe?

We understand that sometimes circumstances change and you may need to cancel a lesson pack. Depending on the lesson pack bought, cancellations and the possibility of receiving a full refund range between seven to fourteen days. You must cancel within 7 days to qualify for a full refund for a 12 lesson pack, 10 days for a 24 or 36 lesson pack, and 14 days for a 48 or 72 lesson pack. Please note that no lesson credits must have been utilized in order to be eligible for a full refund.

My son and daughter need a tutor for school. Can you help with tutoring them?

At Elite, we focus on providing tutoring services for adults and business professionals aged 18 and over. Unfortunately, we do not offer tutoring services for minors. Our main goal is to support individuals in improving their English language skills and advancing their careers. Thank you for understanding.

I want to study for the TOEFL international test. Do you have tutoring lessons for this?

At our tutoring institute we only offer international test preparation online live instruction from real- tutors for IELTS and the PTE tests. Unofrtunately, we do not provide tuition for TOEFL, TOEIC, TESOL, GMAT, or any other type of international test at our institute.
